This position will involve recruitment for our overseas branches as well as organizing training programs and setting the yearly training calendar for all employees based on the career track they are following. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment and selection, hiring and induction, training and development, performance evaluation and compensation, motivation and retention. Moreover, the ideal candidate would be involved in the development of recruitment and HR policies, procedures, processes and manuals.
Candidate will also have maintain and develop new appropriate business processes around knowledge base updates for continuous improvement and assure that all Organizational Business Processes are current, up-to-date and performing effectively and efficiently and meeting the requirements for ISO 9001/2008.
5 to 7 years of experience in Recruitment and training processes and functions
2 to 3 years of experience in Business Process Management
Strong communication skills at all levels
Sound understanding of business issues and processes
Degree in HR or related area, or relevant experience
Previous experience in IT industry sector
Recruitment and selection practices
Principles of employment and local labor laws in the countries in which the company operates
Experience and knowledge of staffing and career succession planning |
